You must have a commercial address in order to qualify for a business account. If you run your business out of a resident's address you do not qualify for a business account. An onsite residential manager can have a business account provided that they comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Onsite Inspection Form below must be filled out prior to account set up.

We need to verify ownership of the property you are trying to rent. This can be done by providing one of the following for each property rented:

- Deed

- Public Record Verification

- Property Insurance

- Title Insurance

The documents must show the address of the rental property and must show the name of the Owner. You can verify the identity of the property owner by providing at least one of the following:

(1) Driver's License and (2) State ID
